1. What is a mobile notary?
A mobile notary is a certified notary public who travels to your location to notarize documents. This is ideal for busy clients who prefer convenience.
2. What documents can you notarize?
We notarize loan documents, affidavits, power of attorney, real estate paperwork, acknowledgments, jurats, and more.
3. How much does it cost?
Standard signatures: $20 each, Loan Signing: $100, Document Prep: $75, Wedding Officiant: $225, Out-of-Hours Fee: $60. Travel within 10 miles is free; additional fees may apply beyond that. You can also refer to our quote calculator for a more accurate estimate.
4. What do I need to bring?
A valid photo ID (driver's license, passport, or state ID) and your completed document ready for signature.
5. Do you handle real estate and loan documents?
Yes, we are experienced in full loan signings including purchases, refinances, HELOCs, and seller packages. Our notaries are NNA-certified.
6. How do I book an appointment?
Use our “Get a Quote” form, call, or text us. We'll confirm availability and schedule your notary at your preferred time and place.
7. What areas do you serve?
We’re based in San Marcos and serve all of San Diego County. Travel fees apply beyond 10 miles.
8. What are your business hours?
We’re available 7 days a week, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends. Out-of-hours services are available for an additional fee.
9. Is my information confidential?
Yes. We take privacy seriously and follow all legal and ethical standards to protect your information.
10. Can you notarize for non-English speakers?
The signer must communicate clearly in English or have a qualified interpreter present. We cannot proceed if communication is unclear.
